Refund policy

Domestic Returns (UK)

Our UK domestic Returns Form can be found at the bottom of our FAQs.

You can also return your online order at any of our stores:

  • Royal Exchange Square
  • Glasgow Fort
  • Silverburn

Alternatively, you can use our returns portal for a hassle-free return:

  1. Click the link to our returns portal and enter your order details.
  2. Choose between downloading a paperless QR code or a printable label.
  3. Take your order to the nearest returns drop-off store (locations available in the portal).
  4. The drop-off store will scan your return and send it back to us.
  5. Once received, we will process your return as soon as possible.
  6. £4.50 will be deducted from the refund.

International Returns

For international returns, please contact us at [email protected] with your order number, and we will arrange a return via DHL.

Return Policy & Eligibility

Our return policy lasts 28 days from the date of purchase. If 28 days have passed, we regret that we cannot offer a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be unused, in their original condition, and in their original packaging.

Non-Returnable Items:

  • Gift cards
  • Free gifts or promotional items
  • Items that are damaged, missing parts, or not in their original condition (unless due to our error)
  • Items returned more than 28 days after delivery

Refunds (if applicable)

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original payment method within a few days.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund yet:

  1. Check your bank account.
  2. Contact your credit card company, as processing times may vary.
  3. Contact your bank, as there may be additional processing time before the refund is posted.
