UK DELIVERY
HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO DELIVER?
We offer a DPD 2-3 days service *excluding Northern Ireland, Highlands and Islands.
We currently do not dispatch orders on a Saturday, Sunday or and bank/public holiday.
HOW MUCH DOES IT COST TO DELIVER?
DPD Delivery is free on orders over £100.
DPD Delivery for purchases under £99.99 is charged at £6 for delivery to UK Mainland.
DPD Delivery for purchases under £99.99 is charged at £12 for delivery to Northern Ireland, Highlands and Islands.
WHAT HAPPENS IF I DON’T RECEIVE MY ORDER?
If you do not receive your order please contact our support team at [email protected] straight away and they will be able to help you. Please contact us within 7 days of not receiving your parcels as this ensures an investigation is opened with the courier and will help resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
WHAT IS THE CUT OFF TIME FOR NEXT DAY DELIVERY?
The cut-off time for delivery is 2pm Monday to Friday.
We currently do not dispatch orders on a Saturday, Sunday or and bank/public holiday.
WHAT IF I WANT TO CHANGE MY ADDRESS?
If you require to change your delivery address, please contact [email protected] as soon as possible and we will strive to amend this.

We offer a DHL Express service, estimated delivery is 1-3 days dependant on zone (see below table). Transit times are estimates and events outside of our control can delay goods.

CAN I RECLAIM VAT?
All prices charged by Forty Clothing Limited include VAT at 20% for adults and accessories. VAT on Junior range is 0%.
We are unable to deduct the VAT at the point of purchase therefore you may be able to reclaim the VAT element. You should check your entitlement depending on your countries tax laws. This is not something Forty Clothing Ltd can assist with.

Customs and import fees?
When goods are imported into a different country or customs territory, there is a charge called Customs Duty that must apply. This is charged by the local customs authority where goods are being imported into.
If Customs Duty is payable to your territory, you will be responsible for paying it to the authorities before receipt of your order. Forty Clothing Ltd is not liable for Custom Duty Fees.
Whether duties are payable, and by how much, depends on a variety of factors. For example, many countries have a “low value threshold” below which they do not charge import duties.
If you do have to pay Customs Duty, the amount payable is usually calculated based on the value of the goods and the type of goods being imported. Forty Clothing Limited will not undervalue orders or mark them as gifts.
Unfortunately, we have no control over these charges, and cannot tell you what the costs may be. It may be a good idea to contact your local customs office for current charges before you order so that you are not surprised by charges you were not expecting.
Please note, your order will be shipped on a DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid) service. Our courier, DHL Express, will contact you in advance of delivering the goods.
